Perfect winter recipe for baby

 

Potato Pasta for Baby

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup small pasta
  • 1 potato
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 tsp Parmesan Cheese optional

Instructions

  1. Shred potato and let it sit in cold water
  2. Boil pasta in 2 cups of water
  3. When pasta is soft and half of the water is evaporated add potatoes
  4. Cook well and at the end add egg yolk to give it a creamy texture
  5. Add salt and mix well
  6. Top it with parmesan cheese
  7. Serve warm
  8. You can add milk for babies over 12 months to make it soupy in chilly winters
