Ingredients

Naan Bread Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Bread Flour or All-purpose Flour
  • Milk to knead
  • 3 tb spoon Water
  • 1 tb spoon Yeast
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 t spoon Salt
  • 1 tb spoon Sugar
  • 2 tb spoon yoghurt
  • 2 tb spoon Oil

Aloo Matar Qeema Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Potato
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1 tsp Red chili
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbs Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 2 tbs Tomato Paste
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 tbs Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Oil 1tbs

Channa Daal (Gram Lentils) Ingredients:

  • 250 g Gram Lentils
  • 1 Medium Onion and 1 small onion
  • 1 Large Tomato
  • 4 table spoon Oil
  • 1 table spoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tea spoon Green chili paste
  • 1 tea spoon Salt
  • Half tea spoon Red chili
  • 1 tea spoon Cumin powder
  • 1 table spoon Coriander powder
  • ¼ tea spoon turmeric
  • Some water

Indian Egg Curry Ingredients:

  • Onion: 1 Large
  • Tomato: 1 large
  • Green Chili: 1 large
  • Eggs: 3 boiled whites and yolk separated
  • Red chili: half table spoon
  • Salt: 1 tea spoon
  • Turmeric: ¼ tea spoon
  • Cumin powder: ½ tea spoon
  • Coriander powder: ½ tea spoon
  • Chaat Masala: ½ tea spoon
  • Chicken stock cube: 1
  • Oil: 2 table spoon

Boneless Masala Rice Ingredients:

  • 250 g Soaked Rice
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 1 Chicken Breast
  • 2 tbs Chicken Tikka Masala
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Zarda Ingredients:

  • 3 Boiled Eggs
  • 250 g Rice
  • 5 tb spoon Sugar
  • 8-10 oz Fresh Orange Juice
  • Orange Zest or Peel
  • 4-5 Cardamom
  • Raisins and Nuts to taste
  • Yellow Food color
  • 4 tb spoon oil

Instructions

Naan Bread

  1. Warm the water
  2. Add sugar and yeast in it
  3. Set aside
  4. Add salt and egg in flour
  5. Then add yeast mixture and milk to knead
  6. Set aside until it doubles its size, Usually takes about an hour
  7. Knead the dough
  8. Separate into two portions
  9. Make naan disks
  10. Brush egg wash
  11. Sprinkle sesame seed
  12. Preheat oven at 350F
  13. Bake until golden brown

Aloo Matar Qeema

  1. Cook ground beef without oil in non-stick pan or with 1 spoon oil
  2. Drain excess fat
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute
  4. Add onion and cook for 3-5 minutes
  5. Add all spices and tomato paste
  6. Cook for another 5 minutes
  7. Add tomato and cook until everything combines
  8. Add potato and peas and little bit of water
  9. Cook for ten minutes with lid on
  10. Serve

Channa Daal (Gram Lentils)

  1. Add oil in a pot
  2. Then add onion and cook until golden brown
  3. Add tomato and cook until tender
  4. Add a little bit of water
  5. Add all the spices and some water to make a paste like consistency
  6. Add lentils
  7. Cook for about 5 minutes
  8. Then add 2 glass of water and cook for half an hour to 45 minutes
  9. Fry small onion and add when daal is well done
  10. Serve with rice, naan or chapati

Indian Egg Curry

  1. Fry onions

  2. Add tomato and green chili
  3. Add the rest of the spices and let it cook for 5 minutes
  4. Add egg yolk and mash, add water to make the curry
  5. once done add egg whites
  6. Serve with roti, naan, bun or pauv

Boneless Masala Rice

  1. Add chicken tikka masala and salt.
  2. Brown one small onion
  3. Then add cubed chicken breast and cook for a while.
  4. Add water according to rice.
  5. Once it starts boiling add soaked rice.
  6. Let it cook until water is evaporated.
  7. Then cook on lowest flame for 15 minutes.

Zarda

  1. Par boil rice add a pinch of food color in water
  2. In another pan add oil and roast cardamom seeds
  3. Add sugar, orange juice and orange zest
  4. Let it turn into syrup
  5. Add raisins
  6. Cook for about 5 minutes
  7. Add boiled rice
  8. Dry the water
  9. Lower the flame and cover rice with paper and put the lid on for 5-10 minutes
  10. Serve in a platter with eggs on top.
