  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • 4 tbsp. Butter
  • ½ Cup Yogurt
  • 4 tbsp. Water


  1. In large bowl mix flour, salt, butter and water
  2. Mix well until it is crumbly but when you press it, it holds shape.
  3. Add yogurt
  4. Knead well
  5. Spread it with rolling pin
  6. Spread some flour and butter
  7. Roll it
  8. Cut it into required size
  9. Refrigerate for 30 minutes
  10. Flatten it with hand
  11. Roll again
  12. Now shape it into spiral
  13. Flatten it and add stuffing
  14. Seal it and roll it into round disc
  15. Add some freshly chopped cilantro to the surface
  16. Now flip the kulcha and brush some water at it
  17. Put it on pan
  18. Cook well from both sides
  19. Cook directly on fire from all sides
