  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Green Chili
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Red chili
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • Pinch of Tumeric
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Coriender Powder


  • In a pan sauté onion. Do not overcook. This is the key to freshcolor and aroma.
  • Add tomatoes and green chilies
  • Cook until vegetables are tender
  • Add all the spices
  • Add eggs
  • Don’t get afraid from the consistency in the beginning
  • Keep stirring and soon as you feel that eggs are cooked, turn off the heat and transfer them to serving bowl.
  • Garnish with greens.
