Ingredients

Ingredients For Beef Steak Fajita

  • 1 Large Green Bell Pepper
  • 4-5 Yellow and Red Sweet Peppers
  • 1 Onion
  • Skirt Steak
  • Fajita Seasoning
  • Oil

Ingredients for Salsa

  • 6 Tomatoes
  • 2 Jalapeno
  • 4-5 Garlic Cloves
  • Cilantro
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 Spring onion
  • Lemon Juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Marinate Steak in fajita seasoning and refrigerate for 24 hours
  2. Cut vegetables and add salt, pepper and lemon
  3. On a cast iron skillet add oil
  4. Put the steak on it
  5. Cook from both sides then slice
  6. Sauté vegetables
  7. Warm tortillas
  8. Stack vegetables, steak and salsa on it

Instructions for Salsa

  1. Finely chop tomatoes, onion, spring onion one jalapeno and cilantro
  2. Fire roast or oven roast 3-4 tomatoes, jalapeno and garlic
  3. Blend Fire roasted vegetables and lemon juice
  4. Mix Fresh and blended vegetables
  5. Serve with nachos, tacos, etc, etc.
