Boneless Chicken Masala Rice

Rice: 250g (1 serving bowl)
Water: Double the amount of rice
Oil: 1 table spoon
Chicken: 1small breast piece cut in cubes
Onion: 1 small
Salt: Half tea spoon
Tikka Masala: 1 heaped table spoon

1. Saute onion
2. Add chicken cubes
3. Add tikka masala
4. cook until half done
5. Add water.
6. After water starting to boil add soaked rice
7.Let 3/4 of the water evaporate then add salt
8. turn the heat to low and put the lid on
9. Let it cook on lowest flame for about 15 min.
10. Serve with fresh green salad and enjoy
