Ingredients
- Puff pastry Sheet
- Powdered Sugar
- Granulated or Cane Sugar
- Kosher Coarse Sea Salt
- Egg Yolk
Instructions
- Take a sheet of puff pastry
- Dust powdered sugar on it
- Sprinkle granulated sugar
- Very lightly sprinkle coarse sea salt
- Cut into thin strips
- Twist in bow tie shape
- Brush some egg yolk on the twist
- Bake on 300F until full puffed, crispy and changed color to light golden brown
- Flip half way
- Let them cool down
- Serve
