  • ½ Cup All-purpose Flour
  • ½ Cup Semolina
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp. Oil
  • Warm Water
  • Oil
  • 1 Cup Chickpeas
  • 2 Potatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Carrot
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 Cup Yogurt
  • ¼ Cup Tamarind Pulp
  • 2 tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Chaat Masala
  • 1 tbsp. White Powdered Sugar
  • Mint Chutney
  • Hot and Sweet Chutney
  • Bhel


Papdi Chaat

  1. Mix flour, semolina, salt and oil
  2. Knead well with warm water to make a firm dough
  3. Flatten the dough and cut circles
  4. Poke holes in it with fork or knife
  5. Fry in hot oil until golden brown
  6. Mix yogurt and powdered sugar
  7. To make Tamarind Chutney, Take tamarind pulp in a pan
  8. Add water, brown sugar and chaat masala
  9. Cook until it reaches your required consistency
  10. Boil potatoes
  11. In a plate start layering
  12. Papdi, potatoes, onion, tomatoes, yogurt and chutneys
  13. Top it with Bhel

Aloo Chaat

  1. Boil Chickpeas
  2. Boil Potatoes
  3. Finely chop all vegetables
  4. Start layering in a plate
  5. Pour everything in a bowl
  6. Add chutneys
  7. Mix and Serve as is or with pani puri
