  • 5 Cups Water
  • 2 1/2 tsp Black Tea
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cardamom


  • 1 Pack Betty Crocker Cookie Mix
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Stick Butter



  1. Mix everything well
  2. Put medium sized dough pieces on a baking sheet 2 inches apart
  3. Bake until sides are brown
  4. Put them on wire rack to dry
  5. Save them in air tight jar
  6. Serve with coffee or tea.

Chai Tea

  1. Boil Water

  2. Tea pot with infuser works best for this chai

  3. Add loose tea in the infuser

  4. Add cardamom or cinnamon for aroma

  5. Once water is boiled pour it in the teapot

  6. Give it 5 minutes to infuse

  7. Add Milk

  8. Serve with cookies
