Chapli Kabab Recipe
Chapli Kabab
Chapli Kebab or Kabab is a Pashtun-style minced kebab, usually made from ground beef, mutton or chicken with various spices in the shape of a patty. Chapli Kabab originally comes from the northern areas, in particular Peshawer, capital of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Ground Beef
- 1 grated onion squeeze out water
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste or Powder
- 1 Green Chili
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Coriander Seeds Crushed
- 4 whole red chilis crushed
- 1/4 tsp crushed red chili
- 1/4 tsp crushed black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp tumeric1 tsp chat masala
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 Egg
- 3 tbsp. Bread Crumbs
- 1 tbsp. Oil
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients
- Knead the mixture
- My chapli kebab is between 2.6 to 3 ounces
- Form a kebab shape
- Fry
- And Freeze the rest
