  • 1.5 lbs. Chicken Bones
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Black Cardamom
  • 1 Star Anise
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 10-12 Black Pepper corns
  • 3-4 Cloves
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1 Onion
  • 4-5 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Inch Ginger Piece
  • 2 Celery Sticks
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 12 Glass Water

Instructions
 

  • Add everything in a pan
  • Cook for 5-6 Hours on medium to low heat
  • Strain the broth
  • Store in freezer
