
Chicken Broth
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs. Chicken Bones
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 Black Cardamom
- 1 Star Anise
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 10-12 Black Pepper corns
- 3-4 Cloves
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1 Onion
- 4-5 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Inch Ginger Piece
- 2 Celery Sticks
- 2 Carrots
- 1 tsp Salt
- 12 Glass Water
Instructions
- Add everything in a pan
- Cook for 5-6 Hours on medium to low heat
- Strain the broth
- Store in freezer
- Use in different recipes or drink as is
