Homemade recipe for Chicken Chili Dry

  • 2 Thinly Cut Chicken Breast Pieces
  • 1 ½ tbsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Large Bell Pepper
  • 3 Green Chili Slit and Deseed
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Hot Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 4 ½ tbsp. Corn Starch
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seed oil
  • Oil for cooking


  • Cut chicken in to thin pieces
  • Season with 1 tbsp salt and 1 tbsp pepper
  • Coat chicken in 2 tbsp of corn starch
  • Fry until crispy
  • In a bowl take water, soy sauce, hot sauce, vinegar and 1 ½ tbsp. corn starch
  • Mix well
  • In a pan take some oil and sauté green chilies
  • Add ginger garlic paste
  • Add bell pepper and cook for 5 minutes
  • Add sauce and cook until it reaches your required consistency
  • Add chicken and mix well
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve with rice or garlic bread
