Ingredients

  • 2 Thinly Cut Chicken Breast Pieces
  • 1 ½ tbsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Large Bell Pepper
  • 3 Green Chili Slit and Deseed
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Hot Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 4 ½ tbsp. Corn Starch
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seed oil
  • Oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken in to thin pieces
  2. Season with 1 tbsp salt and 1 tbsp pepper
  3. Coat chicken in 2 tbsp of corn starch
  4. Fry until crispy
  5. In a bowl take water, soy sauce, hot sauce, vinegar and 1 ½ tbsp. corn starch
  6. Mix well
  7. In a pan take some oil and sauté green chilies
  8. Add ginger garlic paste
  9. Add bell pepper and cook for 5 minutes
  10. Add sauce and cook until it reaches your required consistency
  11. Add chicken and mix well
  12. Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve with rice or garlic bread
