Chicken Paratha Roll
Ingredients
Tikka Skewers
- 2 Chicken Breast Piece
- 2 tsp Tikka Masala
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Bell Peppers
- 1 Large Onion
- Oil
Pratha:
- 2 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 4 tbsp Milk
- Water
- Oil
Instructions
Chicken Tikka Skewers:
- Cut Chicken breast pieces into cubes
- Also cut bell peppers and onion into large cubes
- Marinate in tikka masala and lemon juice for 30 minutes
- Grill or shallow fry in a pan.
Instructions For Pratha
- In a large bowl mix flour, salt, sugar and egg
- Mix well and add milk
- Knead the dough and keep adding water as needed
- Tuck the dough into a ball and brush some oil on top
- Cover and set aside for 10 minutes
- After 10 minutes start rolling the dough into disk shape
- Use oil if the dough is sticky
- Do not use flour or water
- Stretchy dough makes soft parathas
- Now make pratha rolls
- Add chicken, bell pepper and onion
- Add Chutney’s of choice
- Enjoy
