Tikka Skewers

  • 2 Chicken Breast Piece
  • 2 tsp Tikka Masala
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 Bell Peppers
  • 1 Large Onion
  • Oil


  • 2 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 4 tbsp Milk
  • Water
  • Oil


Chicken Tikka Skewers:

  • Cut Chicken breast pieces into cubes
  • Also cut bell peppers and onion into large cubes
  • Marinate in tikka masala and lemon juice for 30 minutes
  • Grill or shallow fry in a pan.

Instructions For Pratha

  • In a large bowl mix flour, salt, sugar and egg
  • Mix well and add milk
  • Knead the dough and keep adding water as needed
  • Tuck the dough into a ball and brush some oil on top
  • Cover and set aside for 10 minutes
  • After 10 minutes start rolling the dough into disk shape
  • Use oil if the dough is sticky
  • Do not use flour or water
  • Stretchy dough makes soft parathas
  • Now make pratha rolls
  • Add chicken, bell pepper and onion
  • Add Chutney’s of choice
  • Enjoy
