Chicken Tikka Karahi

Ingredients:

  • ½ kg Chicken

Marinade:

  • ½ pk Chicken Tikka Masala
  • 4 tb spoon Yoghurt
  • 2 tb spoon Lemon juice

For Masala:

  • 1 Large Onion
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 3 tb Spoon oil
  • Pinch of Nutmeg totally Optional

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chicken in marinade ingredients for at least an hour
  • Pour oil in a wok
  • Golden brown onions
  • Add tomatoes and pinch of nutmeg
  • Add marinated chicken
  • Cook for 30 to 45 minutes
  • When done, top it with coriander or spring onion
  • Serve with naan, chapati or boiled rice
