St. Patrick’s Day Corn Beef Hash

Corned Beef Hash

Ingredients
  

Ingredients:

  • 250 g Cooked Corn Beef
  • 2 Medium Potatoes
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 2 Spring Onion
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut potatoes and onion into cubes
  • Chop corn beef
  • In a pan fry potatoes
  • Then add beef and onion
  • Taste it then add salt and pepper
  • Cook for about 5 minutes
  • Serve with boiled or Fried egg on top
