Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pack Dahi Bhalla Mix
  • 1 Cup Yogurt
  • 1 ½ tbsp. Powdered Sugar
  • Chaat Masala
  • Red Chili powder
  • Mint Chutney
  • Tamarind Chutney
  • Bhel
  • Water
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix Dahi Bhalla powder with water to make thick paste
  • Let it rest for 10-15 minutes
  • Take small portions and fry in hot oil
  • Take out and Let them dry
  • Fry again for 2-3 minutes
  • Soak in water until oil separates
  • Take it out of water squeeze gently to remove extra water
  • Place bhallas on a plate
  • Mix yogurt and sugar
  • Pour it on bhalle
  • Then spring chaat masala and red chili powder
  • Drizzle chutneys
  • Sprinkle bhel on top
  • Enjoy
