Ingredients

  • 1 Pack Dahi Bhalla Mix
  • 1 Cup Yogurt
  • 1 ½ tbsp. Powdered Sugar
  • Chaat Masala
  • Red Chili powder
  • Mint Chutney
  • Tamarind Chutney
  • Bhel
  • Water
  • Oil

Instructions

  1. Mix Dahi Bhalla powder with water to make thick paste
  2. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes
  3. Take small portions and fry in hot oil
  4. Take out and Let them dry
  5. Fry again for 2-3 minutes
  6. Soak in water until oil separates
  7. Take it out of water squeeze gently to remove extra water
  8. Place bhallas on a plate
  9. Mix yogurt and sugar
  10. Pour it on bhalle
  11. Then spring chaat masala and red chili powder
  12. Drizzle chutneys
  13. Sprinkle bhel on top
  14. Enjoy
