Ingredients
  

  • ½ lb Potatoes
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 Onion
  • 2 to matoes
  • 2 green chilies
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Red Chili
  • ½ tsp Kashmiri Red Chili
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 black Cardamom
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 8-10 Black Pepper Corn
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 3 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut Potatoes in medium cubes and fry
  • In a pan add oil and fry onion
  • Add ginger garlic paste
  • Add 1 black Cardamom, 1 tsp Cumin Seeds, 8-10 Black Pepper Corn, 1 Cinnamon Stick and salt
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes
  • Add ground beef and cook really well.
  • When beef is all cooked add red chili, black pepper and turmeric
  • add diced tomatoes, green chilies,
  • If tomatoes are crunchy and fresh I do not cook them to make mushy masala. I cook for 3-5 minutes that’s it.
  • When ready to serve
  • Garnish with green chilies and top with fried potatoes
