Aloo Keema
Ingredients
- ½ lb Potatoes
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 2 Onion
- 2 to matoes
- 2 green chilies
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Red Chili
- ½ tsp Kashmiri Red Chili
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- 1 black Cardamom
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 8-10 Black Pepper Corn
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 3 tbsp Oil
Instructions
- Cut Potatoes in medium cubes and fry
- In a pan add oil and fry onion
- Add ginger garlic paste
- Add 1 black Cardamom, 1 tsp Cumin Seeds, 8-10 Black Pepper Corn, 1 Cinnamon Stick and salt
- Cook for 2-3 minutes
- Add ground beef and cook really well.
- When beef is all cooked add red chili, black pepper and turmeric
- add diced tomatoes, green chilies,
- If tomatoes are crunchy and fresh I do not cook them to make mushy masala. I cook for 3-5 minutes that’s it.
- When ready to serve
- Garnish with green chilies and top with fried potatoes
