  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 large Onion
  • 1 large green chili


  • Mix ground beef with onion, green chilies and national spice mix in large bowl. Shape into 4 patties.
  • Pan fry or broil or grill over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F).
