  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • ½ Cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice


  • Separate egg yolks and whites
  • Add pinch of salt and lemon juice in egg white and beat until foamy
  • Take a pan and add butter in it
  • Let the butter melt then add flour to make roux
  • Add milk slowly so avoid lumps
  • Add salt and pepper
  • Add cheese
  • Now add egg yolks and cook 2-3 minutes
  • Turn off the flame and slowly add egg whites in folding way
  • 10. Grease the ramekins and dust some flour
  • 11. Pour the egg mixture in ramikens
  • 12. Bake for 10-15 minutes
