Take Away Style Chinese Fried Rice


  • 1 Cup Rice
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 Cup Vegetables
  • 2 Spring Onion
  • 2 ½ tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Oil


  • Boil Rice
  • Add Salt in boiling water
  • Add a spoon of oil in wok and make an omelet of eggs and set aside
  • Add a spoon of oil in wok and fry vegetables (corn, peas and carrots)
  • Add white part of spring onion
  • Cook for 5-7 minutes
  • Add rice
  • Mix Well
  • Add soy sauce and pepper
  • Mix well and add green part of spring onion and omelet cut in small cubes
  •  Serve with your favorite gravy
