  • 1 lb Shrimps
  • 10 Cloves Garlic
  • ¼ Cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Chili Flakes
  • 1 tsp Himalayan Salt
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Fresh Cilantro


  • Pre heat the pan on high heat
  • Drizzle olive oil and half of the butter
  • Add finely chopped garlic
  • Cook for 1-2 minutes
  • Add lemon juice
  • Add Salt and Chili flakes
  • Add shrimps, if they are cooked mix well with sauce for 2-3 minutes
  • If shrimps are not cooked. Cook them for 2 minutes each side.
  • Transfer shrimps to plate
  • Add flour and remaining butter to the sauce to thicken it and cook for 2-3 minutes and then drizzle the sauce on shrimps.
  • Serve with Rice or Bread.
