Grilled Chicken and Mushroom Gravy

  • Grill Pan


  • 2 Chicken Breast Pieces
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Cup Onion Diced
  • 1 Cup Mushroom Sliced
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 1 Cup Broth Beef/Chicken/Mutton/Vegetable
  • Water


  • Slice chicken breast pieces in half
  • Pound Chicken Breast pieces with eat tendrizer
  • Season with salt, pepper and lemon. Set aside for 10-15 minutes
  • In a pan add butter, let it sizzele
  • When pan is hot add chicken breast pieces to it.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for 2 minutes
  • When chicken was marinating make Mushroom Gravy
  • In a Pan add butter
  • Now add flour and make roux
  • Add onion and mushroom cook for 2-3 minutes
  • Slowly add beef broth
  • If broth is salty, taste before adding salt.
  • Add 1 tbsp black pepper
  • Cook for 5 minutes if gravy is too thick add water to get your required consistency
  • Pour it on chicken breast and Enjoy
