Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pack Shan Haleem Mix
  • 2.5 lbs Beef
  • ½ Cup Oil
  • Onion
  • Ginger
  • Green Chili
  • Cilantro
  • Water

Instructions
 

  • Take ½ Cup of oil in a pan
  • Add Beef and cook until beef changes color
  • Add spice pack from the Haleem mix
  • Cook for 10-15 minutes
  • Add 15 glass of water and cook until the meat is tender
  • Take out the beef and add lentil mix from the box in the same water and cook until it is creamy
  • Add beef and break it down with wooden spoon
  • Keep mixing until beef and lentils are well combine and creamy
  • Fry onion and garnish Haleem/Daleem with it along with ginger, green chili and cilantro
  • Serve with Naan

Notes

Reshe Wala Haleem Daleem – simple haleem recipe Haleem is made of wheat, barley, meat: usually beef or mutton, lentils and spices. slow cooked for four to six hours, which results in a paste-like consistency, blending the flavors of spices, meat, barley and wheat.
