Reshe Wala Haleem Daleem

Haleem/Daleem
Ingredients
- 1 Pack Shan Haleem Mix
- 2.5 lbs Beef
- ½ Cup Oil
- Onion
- Ginger
- Green Chili
- Cilantro
- Water
Instructions
- Take ½ Cup of oil in a pan
- Add Beef and cook until beef changes color
- Add spice pack from the Haleem mix
- Cook for 10-15 minutes
- Add 15 glass of water and cook until the meat is tender
- Take out the beef and add lentil mix from the box in the same water and cook until it is creamy
- Add beef and break it down with wooden spoon
- Keep mixing until beef and lentils are well combine and creamy
- Fry onion and garnish Haleem/Daleem with it along with ginger, green chili and cilantro
- Serve with Naan
