Very Simple and Basic Recipe for Chili
Homemade Chili
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Ground Beef
- 1 Onion
- 1 Green Bell Pepper
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 3 Celery Stalks
- 1 Can Chili Ready Tomatoes
- 1 Can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 Can Chili Ready Beans
- 1 Can Red Beans
- 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 2 Pack Chili Seasoning 5-6 tbsp
- 1 liter Stock
- Sour cream
- Cheddar cheese
- Spring onion
Instructions
- Add Beef in a pan
- Cook until it changes color
- Add Chili Seasoning
- Cook for 5-7 minutes
- Add Vegetables and cook for 5 minutes
- Add stock and cook for 10 minutes
- Add Tomatoes, tomato paste and beans
- Mix well
- Cover and cook for Minimum 2 hours Maximum 4-5 Hours on low to medium heat
- Serve warm
- Top with sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese and spring onion
