Homemade Chili

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 3 Celery Stalks
  • 1 Can Chili Ready Tomatoes
  • 1 Can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 Can Chili Ready Beans
  • 1 Can Red Beans
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 2 Pack Chili Seasoning 5-6 tbsp
  • 1 liter Stock
  • Sour cream
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Spring onion

Instructions
 

  • Add Beef in a pan
  • Cook until it changes color
  • Add Chili Seasoning
  • Cook for 5-7 minutes
  • Add Vegetables and cook for 5 minutes
  • Add stock and cook for 10 minutes
  • Add Tomatoes, tomato paste and beans
  • Mix well
  • Cover and cook for Minimum 2 hours Maximum 4-5 Hours on low to medium heat
  • Serve warm
  • Top with sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese and spring onion
