Ingredients
  

  • 6 Cups Chicken Stock
  • 4 Cups Water
  • ¾ Cup Vinegar
  • 2 Cups Shredded Chicken
  • 1 Carrot
  • ½ Bell Pepper
  • 1 Cup Corn
  • 1 Cup Cabbage
  • 2 Green Chilies
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Hot Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp Corn starch
  • 2 Eggs

Instructions
 

  • Start with taking ¼ cup of vinegar in 2 cups each
  • Cut green chilies and soak in vinegar
  • Mix sriracha in vinegar and set aside
  • Blend ½ cup of corn with some water make a paste and set aside
  • In a deep pan add chicken stock and water
  • Let it come to a boil
  • Add all the vegetables and ½ cup corn
  • Cook for 5 minutes
  • Add all the spices and Hot sauce, soy sauce and 4 tbsp vinegar
  • Now add corn paste that you made earlier
  • Let it cook for 15 minutes
  • Now beat the eggs and give soup a swirl and start adding eggs slowly
  • Mix corn starch with some water and add in soup to get required consistency
  • Serve Hot
