How to make Corn Dogs

  • Sausages
  • Cheese Slice optional
  • Skewers
  • 1 ¼ Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Cup Corn Meal
  • ¼ Cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • ¾ Cup Milk
  • Oil
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard


  • Mix all dry ingredients: flour, corn meal, sugar, baking powder and salt
  • Add eggs, mix well
  • Add milk little by little to make a thick batter
  • Pour batter into the glass
  • Skew all the sausage
  • Wrap cheese slice around them
  • Dip it in batter and fry in hot oil
  • Take out when golden brown
  • Drizzle ketchup and mustard on them
  • Enjoy
