Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 Sausages
  • 10 -12 Shrimps
  • 1 Cup Tomato Sauce
  • 3 Cups Chicken Stock
  • 1 Bell Pepper
  • 2 Celery Sticks
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 ½ Cup Rice

Instructions

  1. Soak Rice for 30 Minutes if using Basmati Rice
  2. In a pan add oil and sausages
  3. Cook sausages for 3-4 minutes
  4. Add bell pepper, celery and onion
  5. Cook for 5 minutes
  6. Add garlic and mix well
  7. Add tomato sauce and cook for 5 minutes
  8. Add chicken stock
  9. Let it come to a boil
  10. Add strained rice
  11. Let half of the water evaporate
  12. Top it with uncooked jumbo shrimps
  13. Close the lid and cook on lowest heat for 15 minutes
  14. After 15 minutes remove the lid turn off the heat and serve

Potato Egg Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 Medium Potatoes
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ Cup Mayo
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 bouillon Chicken Cube
  • 2 tbsp Relish
  • 1 tbsp Hot Sauce
  • ½ tsp Smoked Paprika

Instructions

  1. Boil Eggs
  2. Boil potatoes add chicken cube in water
  3. In a bowl add mayo, mustard, relish hot sauce and paprika
  4. Cut potatoes and eggs in dices

  5. Mix well with sauce
  6. Sprinkle paprika on top
