Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs beef with bones
  • 1 onion
  • 2 to matoes
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Water
  • ¼ cup Oil
  • ½ Cup Yogurt
  • ½ tsp red chili
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
  • Cilantro

Instructions
 

  • In pressure cooker or instant pot add 1.5lbs beef with bones, 1 onion sliced, 2 tomatoes sliced, 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste, ½ tsp Salt, 1 cup Water
  • Pressure cook for 16 minutes
  • After releasing the pressure transfer the material to Karahi and evaporate extra water along with breaking down the onions and tomatoes
  • When half the water is evaporated Add oil and cook for 5 minutes and then add red chili and cook for another 3 minutes
  • Whisk yogurt and add in the pan along with crushed black pepper, cumin and coriander seeds
  • Cook until oil separates.
  • Garnish with Fresh Cilantro
  • Serve with Naan Kulcha
