Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs beef with bones
- 1 onion
- 2 to matoes
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 cup Water
- ¼ cup Oil
- ½ Cup Yogurt
- ½ tsp red chili
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
- Cilantro
Instructions
- In pressure cooker or instant pot add 1.5lbs beef with bones, 1 onion sliced, 2 tomatoes sliced, 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste, ½ tsp Salt, 1 cup Water
- Pressure cook for 16 minutes
- After releasing the pressure transfer the material to Karahi and evaporate extra water along with breaking down the onions and tomatoes
- When half the water is evaporated Add oil and cook for 5 minutes and then add red chili and cook for another 3 minutes
- Whisk yogurt and add in the pan along with crushed black pepper, cumin and coriander seeds
- Cook until oil separates.
- Garnish with Fresh Cilantro
- Serve with Naan Kulcha
