Low fat Ground beef with Peas and Potatoes

Ingredients
  

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Potato
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1 tsp Red chili
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbs Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 2 tbs Tomato Paste
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 tbs Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Oil

Instructions
 

  • Cook ground beef without oil in non-stick pan or with 1 spoon oil
  • Drain excess fat
  • Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute
  • Add onion and cook for 3-5 minutes
  • Add all spices and tomato paste
  • Cook for another 5 minutes
  • Add tomato and cook until everything combines
  • Add potato and peas and little bit of water
  • Cook for ten minutes with lid on
  • 10. Serve
