  • Take ¼ Cup Oil
  • Add 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds let it crackle
  • Add 1 large chopped onion and cook until lightly brown
  • Add 1lb goat meat and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • Cook for 15 minutes
  • Add ¼ tsp Turmeric, 1 tsp Red Chili, 1 tsp Salt and 1 tbsp. Coriander Powder
  • Cook until oil separates, add a splash of water if need be
  • Add 2 sliced tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes
  • Add a cup of water and pressure cook for 15 minutes
  • Release the pressure and cook to evaporate the excess water
  • Add fresh cilantro, green chili and ginger
