Instructions
- Take ¼ Cup Oil
- Add 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds let it crackle
- Add 1 large chopped onion and cook until lightly brown
- Add 1lb goat meat and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- Cook for 15 minutes
- Add ¼ tsp Turmeric, 1 tsp Red Chili, 1 tsp Salt and 1 tbsp. Coriander Powder
- Cook until oil separates, add a splash of water if need be
- Add 2 sliced tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes
- Add a cup of water and pressure cook for 15 minutes
- Release the pressure and cook to evaporate the excess water
- Add fresh cilantro, green chili and ginger
