Ingredients
Nihari
- 1 Pack Shan Nihari Mix
- 1 Cup Oil
- 2.5 lbs Beef
- Onion
- Ginger
- Green Chili
- Lemon
- Flour
- Water
Bhaturay
- 1 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp Yogurt
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Oil
Instructions
Nihari
- Mix ½ Cup Water and Nihari Seasoning
- In a pan add ½ cup oil, beef and seasoning mixed with water.
- Cook until oil separates
- Add 16 cups of water
- Cook for 6 hours
- Add water in ½ cup of flour to make slurry
- Slowly pour slurry
- Cook until it reaches your required consistency
- Garnish with your favorite condiments
- Serve with naan or bhaturay

- Drizzle Oil
- Let it rest for 2 hours
- Make Dough Ball
- Roll the Dough
- Fry in hot oil
