Ingredients

Nihari

  • 1 Pack Shan Nihari Mix
  • 1 Cup Oil
  • 2.5 lbs Beef
  • Onion
  • Ginger
  • Green Chili
  • Lemon
  • Flour
  • Water

Bhaturay

  • 1 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Oil

Instructions

Nihari

  1. Mix ½ Cup Water and Nihari Seasoning
  2. In a pan add ½ cup oil, beef and seasoning mixed with water.
  3. Cook until oil separates
  4. Add 16 cups of water
  5. Cook for 6 hours
  6. Add water in ½ cup of flour to make slurry
  7. Slowly pour slurry
  8. Cook until it reaches your required consistency
  9. Garnish with your favorite condiments
  10. Serve with naan or bhaturay

Bhaturay

  1. Mix Everything

  2. Knead Well

  3. Drizzle Oil

  4. Let it rest for 2 hours

  5. Make Dough Ball

  6. Roll the Dough

  7. Fry in hot oil
