No Bake Pan Lasagna

Ingredients
  

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 Lasagna Noodles
  • ½ tea spoon Salt
  • 1 tea spoon Pepper
  • ½ tea spoon Garlic Salt
  • 1 hefty pinch of Red Chili Flakes
  • 2 table spoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 table spoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tea spoon Sriracha Sauce
  • 1 can or 3 diced Tomatoes
  • Cream Cheese Optional
  • Mozzarella for topping
  • 3 table spoon Butter
  • 2 table spoon All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ¼ tea spoon Salt
  • ¼ tea spoon Pepper
  • ¼ tea spoon Garlic salt
  • 2 table spoon Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a pan. Add All-purpose flour and made a roux. Add milk gradually. Add all spices. Cook until you get required consistency.
  • Cook beef until brown
  • I prefer to drain the fat
  • Add tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes
  • Add all the spices and sauces
  • Cook for about 3 minutes
  • Break into half and add raw lasagna noodles
  • Add half cup of water
  • Cook with lid on until lasagna noodles are soft (about 10-12 min)
  • Add white sauce and cook for about 5 minutes
  • 10. Add cream cheese (Optional)
  • 11. Top it with cheese and cover with lid. Cook for about 5 min
  • 12. Serve directly from the pan
