Ingredients
  

Modern Caprese Sandwich

  • 2 Slices French Bread
  • Cold Cut Turkey
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Tomatoes
  • Pesto Sauce

Mediterranean Veggie

  • Sourdough bread
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Black Olive
  • Basil
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Salt and Black Pepper
  • Olive oil

Toasted Steak Panini with Salad

  • Sourdough Bread
  • Sirloin Skirt Steak
  • White and Yellow Cheddar
  • Onion
  • Vinegar
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Olive Oil or butter
  • Spring mix
  • Roasted tomatoes
  • Olives
  • Feta Cheese
  • Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions
 

Mediterranean Veggie

  • Cut Cherry tomatoes from middle
  • Drizzle olive oil in the pan
  • Roast cherry tomatoes
  • Sprinkle some salt and pepper on it
  • Turn on the griddle
  • Start layering
  • Bread, cheese, tomatoes, olives, basil, cheese
  • Close the sandwich and put it in Panini maker

Modern Caprese Sandwich

  • Slice bread from the middle
  • Spread pesto sauce
  • Top it with mozzarella
  • Layer tomatoes and turkey on top
  • Add mozzarella
  • Close the sandwich and put it in Panini maker

Toasted Steak Panini with Salad

  • In a bowl or Mason jar take ¼ cup of vinegar, ½ Cup of water, 1 tsp sugar, ½ tsp salt
  • Add sliced red onion in it and let it rest for 1 hour minimum
  • Drizzle olive oil or butter in a pan
  • Pat dry the steak
  • Season generously with salt and pepper from both sides
  • Sear it on the pan and let it cook until it reaches your desired temperature
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes
  • Slice it and put it on bread
  • Top it with pickled onion and cheese
  • Close and press it in panini maker
  • Spring mix, Roasted tomatoes, Olives, Feta Cheese ,Balsamic Vinegar mix everything and enjoy the salad with steak panini
