  • ½ Cup All-purpose Flour
  • ½ Cup Semolina
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp. Oil
  • Warm Water
  • Oil
  • 1 Cup Chickpeas
  • 2 Potatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Carrot
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 Cup Yogurt
  • ¼ Cup Tamarind Pulp
  • 2 tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Chaat Masala
  • 1 tbsp. White Powdered Sugar
  • Mint Chutney
  • Hot and Sweet Chutney
  • Bhel


Pani Puri

  • Mix flour, semolina, salt and oil
  • Knead well with warm water to make a firm dough
  • Flatten the dough and cut circles
  • DO NOT Poke holes
  • Fry in hot oil until it puffs up and light golden
  • To make Tamarind Chutney, Take tamarind pulp in a pan
  • Add water, brown sugar and chaat masala
  • Cook until it reaches your required consistency
  • Mix Boondi with warm water
  • In a plate start layering
  • Make holes in puffed crispy puri
  • Drizzle hot and sweet chutney
  • And bondi and aloo chaat
  • Drizzle tamarind chutney
  • Make Khatta pani
  • Enjoy Pani puri with all the condiments

Aloo Chaat

  • Boil Chickpeas
  • Boil Potatoes
  • Finely chop all vegetables
  • Start layering in a plate
  • Pour everything in a bowl
  • Add chutneys
  • Mix and Serve as is or with pani puri
