Ingredients
For Naan
- 6 Cups Flour
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 14 grams Yeast
- 2 tbsp Salt
- 3 tbsp yogurt
- 2 tbsp oil
For Qeema
- 2 lbs Ground beef
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- onion
- Coriander
- green chili
Instructions
- Enjoy1. In a bowl take 2 cup of warm water, 2 tsp sugar and add 14g of yeast2. Let yeast become foamy, if it doesn’t then it may be expired.3. Take 6 cups of flour4. Add 2 tsp salt in flour5. Add yeast mixture 6. Start kneading7. Add warm water as you go to form a soft stretchy dough 8. Add 3 tbsp yogurt and 2 tbsp oil in it9. Set aside to rise, it will take about 1 ½ hour to double in size10. Meanwhile lets work on our qeema (goundbeef/lamb/chicken) stuffing11. I cooked ground beef without any oil because it had fat.12. Add 1tsp Kashmiri red chili powder, 1 tsp salt,1tsp cumin, ½ tsp chaat masala and ginger garlic paste13. I didn’t use any oil to cook the beef, still got fat which we are going to get rid of.14. Finely chop onion, coriander and green chili.Add them to cooked beef.15. Roll the dough16. Add stuffing in it and wrap it like kachori17. Roll it again18. Brush yogurt and sprinkle some sesame seeds19. Bake it at 350F until turns golden20. Remember those 6 dough balls we set aside to make buns.21. I baked those on the same temperature 22. So you got two recipes in one
