Quiche in Hash Brown Crust

  • 6 Eggs
  • Vegetables of your choice
  • 2 Sausage
  • 6 medium potatoes shredded
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper


  • Serve it in breakfast or as a snack
    1.      In a pan sauté sausage and vegetables
    2.      We took Corn, peas, spring onion, broccoli and bell peppers
    3.      Season vegetables
    4.      In another oven safe pan drizzle some olive oil
    5.      Now take shredded potatoes and press the against base and sides of pan to form a crust and bake it for 25-30 minutes on 350F
    6.      Drizzle some olive oil on top of crust
    7.      Meanwhile beat some eggs and add sautéed vegetables
    8.      Add egg mixture to the pan
    9.      Bake it until egg mixture is cooked but not brown
    10.  Top it with cheese and broil until cheese turns golden


Serve it in breakfast or as a snack
