Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
  

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg Russet Potatoes
  • 2 tb spoon Oil
  • 1 tb spoon Garlic powder or Fresh Garlic
  • ½ t spoon Rosemary
  • 1 t spoon Baking soda
  • 1/2 t spoon Salt

Instructions
 

  • Peel, cut and boil potatoes
  • Add baking soda and salt in the water
  • In another pan, add oil, garlic and rosemary
  • Roast for a minute or 2 and then strain the oil in a bowl
  • Keep the herbs as well for later use
  • Check the potatoes for fork tender
  • Drain the water and add potatoes to the bowl with oil
  • Roughen up the potatoes to get the crust
  • Bake on 350F
  • 10. Turn the potatoes after 10-15 minutes
  • 11. Take potatoes out when golden brown
  • 12. Brush the herbs on potatoes you put aside for aroma
  • 13. Serve with dip of choice
