Scalloped Potato Roll

Ingredients
  

Ingredients:

  • 1 Large Potato
  • 2 Spring Onion
  • 3 Mushrooms
  • 1 tb spoon Butter
  • 1 1/2 tb spoon All-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1/2 t spoon Salt
  • 1/2 t spoon Pepper
  • Pinch of paprika
  • 1/2 t spoon Garlic Salt
  • 2 tb spoon Parmesan Cheese
  • Some Mozzarella

Instructions
 

  • Cut the potato in thin slices
  • In a baking tray spring some Parmesan
  • Spread potatoes in an overlapping way
  • Sprinkle Parmesan and mozzarella
  • Bake for 10 minutes on 300F
  • In a pan add butter
  • Sauté onion and mushroom
  • Add flour and cook for 3 minutes
  • Then add milk to make pasty consistency
  • 10. Put the vegetable mixture on potatoes and roll
  • 11. Bake for 15 minutes on 350F until golden brown
