  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 1 Onion
  • Cilantro
  • 2 Green chili

  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Chili Flakes
  • 1 tsp Toasted cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp chaat Masala
  • 1 tsp Amchur Powder

Instructions
 

  • Chop onion finely and squeeze out as much of the water asyou can.
    Moisture is not good for seekh kabab
    Finely chopped cilantro and green chilies
    Mix beef, onion, green chilies, cilantro, spices, butter andflour
  • Toasting Cumin and Coriander seeds is one of the key to giveSeekh Kababs smokiness
  • 80/20 is Ideal Meat for Seekh Kebab But if you don’t have20% fat in it, you can add Butter or Ghee
  • Smoke the mixture with coal to give it BBQ aroma
  • Cook it in Baking Oven and Tawa or Griddle
