Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs Beef
  • 1 Cup Chana Daal Washed Not Soaked
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Small Potatoes
  • 1 inch Ginger Piece
  • 7 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 tbsp All purpose Flour
  • 2 tbsp Gram Flour
  • 2 Green Chilies
  • 4 Red Chilies
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Black Cardamom
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 5 Cloves
  • 10 Black Pepper Corns
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 4 Cups Water
  • 1 Onion Fresh
  • 2 Green Chilies Fresh
  • Cilantro Fresh
  • 1 Inch Ginger Fresh

Instructions
 

  • In a Dutch oven take Beef
  • Add Ginger Garlic
  • Add onion
  • Add Potatoes
  • Add Daal (Lentils)
  • Add Green Chilies
  • Add Red Chilies
  • Add Black Cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and black pepper
  • Add Cumin Seeds
  • Add Salt
  • Add Water and cook until Beef is tender
  • Separate the beef
  • Chop the rest of the mixture
  • Toast all-purpose flour and gram flour and add in the mixture
  • In a Mortar and pestle break down beef chunks into shredded form
  • Finely chop fresh onion, green chili, cilantro and ginger
  • Mix everything in a bowl and form kababs
  • Beat two eggs dip kababs in it and fry
  • Serve Fresh or Freeze
