Shrimp Chowder With a Twist

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs Jumbo Shrimps
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 1 Cup Corn
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 1 Cup Half and Half
  • 2 Cans Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 2 Cups Stock
  • 1 Cup Cheddar and Monterey jack cheese
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika

Instructions
 

  • Add butter in a pan
  • Finely dice onion and add in the pan
  • Cook for 5 minutes the add flour
  • Cook until there is no more raw flour
  • Add half and half
  • Cook for 10 minutes
  • Add stock
  • Mix well
  • Add corn and cook for 15 minutes
  • Add shrimps
  • Add cheese
  • Mix well and serve warm
