Ingredients
- 4 Potatoes
- 1 Cup Shredded Chicken
- 1/2 cup Onion finely chopped
- 2 Green Chilies finely chopped
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Crushed Red Pepper
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- Spring Roll sheets
- 2 tbsp flour
- Water
- Oil
Instructions
- In a bowl add mashed potatoes and shredded chickenAdd finely diced vegetablesAdd all spicesMix everything well
- Now take your spring roll sheet
- Spread potato chicken mixture in it
- And fold it in roll or samosa shape
- Fry until it is golden brown
- Enjoy with raita or imli ki chutney
