St. Patrick’s Day Special Corn Beef Sandwiches

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1 Corn Beef Brisket
  • 2 Large Potatoes
  • 4-5 Carrots
  • 3 Medium Onions
  • 1 cup Cabbage
  • French bread Slices
  • 2 slices Cheese

Instructions

  1. Put corn beef brisket and spices (that comes with it) in Dutch oven
  2. Add Lots of water
  3. Leave it on medium heat for 3 hours
  4. After 3 hours add carrots, onion and potatoes
  5. Cook for another 1 hour
  6. Take it out
  7. Pat dry it and leave it for 5-10 minutes
  8. Remove the skin
  9. Cut into slices
  10. 10. Serve with vegetables
  11. Instructions for Sandwich:
  12. Drizzle oil on both side of bread slices
  13. Sauté onion and cabbage
  14. Stack them as bread, beef, onion, cabbage, cheese and bread on top
  15. Place in on preheated pan
  16. Golden brown from both sides
  17. Serve with vegetables
