  • 4 Chicken Breast
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 3 Lemons
  • Spring onion
  • Fresh Cilantro
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • Cup Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 4 tbsp Tikka Masala
  • ¼ tsp Garam Masala
  • ½ tsp Cumin Powder
  • ½ tsp Red Chili Powder Degi Laal Mirch
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  • Cup Yogurt


  • Take chicken breasts and make 4-5 incisions in each
  • Mix ½ cup yogurt, vinegar, ginger garlic paste and tikka masala and marinate chicken in it
  • Burn coal for 10-15 minutes
  • Place aluminum foil between marinated chicken put coal in it and pour melted butter or ghee on top
  • Cover and leave for 5 minutes
  • Remove coal and refrigerate chicken for half an hour
  • Mix the rest of the spices in 1 cup of yogurt and set aside
  • Grill the chicken
  • Add butter in cast iron pan
  • Add chicken and spread yogurt mix on it.
  • Cook for 10-15 minutes
  • Add spring onion and lemon
  • Break it down with the help of spatula
  • Garnish with lemon and cilantro
  • Serve with Naan and chutney
