Vietnamese Spring Roll With Peanut Butter Sauce
Ingredients
Ingredients:
- Rice Paper
- Spinach
- Cucumber
- Tomatoes
- Shrimps or Chicken optional
- Lemon Juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tbs Soy Sauce
- 2 tbs Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp Hot Sauce
- 2 tbs Peanut Butter
Instructions
- Cook shrimps or chicken according to your taste
- Season with lemon, salt and pepper
- Dip the rice paper into water for 10 seconds
- Take the rice paper out of water
- Place the vegetables and meat at one end
- Make a burrito roll
- Serve with peanut butter sauce
- Add water to the pan
- Add all sauces and peanut butter
- Simmer for 5 minutes until you get required consistency
