Vietnamese Spring Roll With Peanut Butter Sauce



  • Rice Paper
  • Spinach
  • Cucumber
  • Tomatoes
  • Shrimps or Chicken optional
  • Lemon Juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tbs Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbs Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Hot Sauce
  • 2 tbs Peanut Butter


  • Cook shrimps or chicken according to your taste
  • Season with lemon, salt and pepper
  • Dip the rice paper into water for 10 seconds
  • Take the rice paper out of water
  • Place the vegetables and meat at one end
  • Make a burrito roll
  • Serve with peanut butter sauce
  • Add water to the pan
  • Add all sauces and peanut butter
  • Simmer for 5 minutes until you get required consistency
