Ingredients
Breakfast
- 2 Egg whites
- Handful of spinach
- 1 Sweet Pepper
- Extra virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 Slice Wheat Bread
Lunch
- Cherry Tomato Salad
- 1 Cup Cherry tomatoes
- Mint
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Black Pepper
Smoothie
- 1 Cup Strawberries
- 3 Cups milk
Dinner
- Stir Fry Chicken and Vegetables
- 2 carrots
- 1 cup Broccoli
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Lemon
- 1 tbsp Hot Sauce
- Olive oil
Instructions
Breakfast
- Separate Egg whites and whisk them
- Spray the pan with olive oil
- Add spinach and sweet pepper
- Cook for 2-3 minutes
- Add egg whites
- Season with salt and pepper
- Cook both sides
- Serve with 1 slice of Wheat bread
Lunch
- Cut cherry tomatoes in halves
- Chop mint
- Add cherry tomatoes, mint, balsamic vinegar and Black pepper in a bowl
- Mix well
- Let it marinate in refrigerator or eat right away
Smoothie
- Cut and Mash the strawberries
- Add strawberries and milk in a bottle
- Let it cool
- Enjoy
- Put a little sugar free whipped cream on top for kids
Dinner
- Cut Chicken in cubes or thinly slice it
- Season with salt pepper and lemon
- Boil Broccoli for 3 minutes
- Cut Carrots
- Spray Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a pan
- Add chicken
- Cook well
- Add hot sauce
- Add carrot and cook until it is tender
- Add broccoli and cook for 5 minutes
- Serve right away or save it in refrigerator with some brown rice
